INGREDIENTS: Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Turmeric 50:1 Extract (95% Curcuminoids), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Black Pepper 60:1 Extract (95% Piperine), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol from Algae), Anti- Caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate)

Dosage: take 1 a day with meal. Can take 2 if got inflammation problems or very tall/big.
